According to an article by the Press of Atlantic City Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr.’s daughter spent nearly seven hours on the stand Tuesday sharing her version of multiple incidents in which her father allegedly abused her. Small, 51, is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and witness tampering over allegations he abused his daughter and later asked her to recant her claims.
