The Planning Board, now in the spotlight over its role in helping determine the future of the Wonderland Pier property, has scheduled a special meeting Wednesday, Jan. 7, to begin considering the issue.The meeting is in response to a Dec. 4 charge given to the board by the City Council, to determine whether the site meets the definition of an “area in need of rehabilitation.”
