Two men have admitted to possessing cocaine, oxycodone and suboxone in Atlantic City in 2024, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said. Jaquan Washington, 31, of Absecon, and Timothy Kelly, 33, of Atlantic City, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute narcotics. Washington also pleaded guilty to an additional four courts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics stemming from two unrelated incidents. Kelly faces five years in prison, while Washington faces three.
