No Decision As Yet On Dr. La’Quetta Small Case

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office still has not made an official decision on whether it will drop criminal charges against Atlantic City’s superintendent of schools. According to BreakingAC.com, Dr. La’Quetta Small and her husband, Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, were accused of abusing their teenage daughter. Last month, a jury acquitted the mayor on all counts. Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds said his office would have discussions on how to move forward with the pending cases against both Dr. Small and Constance Days-Chapman, the Atlantic City High School principal accused of not reporting the abuse allegations.
