Fewer than 1,800 customers are still without power, according to Atlantic City Electric’s numbers. BreakingAC.com reports more than 1,100 field personnel were dedicated to the restoration efforts for more than 112,000 Atlantic City Electric customers who experienced service interruptions during the storm, the company said in a news release. Latest numbers show 793 outages in Atlantic County and 964 in Cape May County. The final customers still in the dark should be restored Thursday or Friday, according to the utiity.
