A man known as Atlantic City’s Batman has had an aggravated assault charge against him dismissed. Breaking AC.com reports Curtis Bordley was arrested in August after he allegedly pepper-sprayed a man. Bordley, 34, claimed he reacted after the man spit in his mouth during a confrontation. The victim temporarily lost his vision, according to the charges. Atlantic City attorney Durann Neil took on the case, waiving a court hearing set for September as he worked to have the charges dismissed.The move was made Jan. 6, with the attorney receiving official notification Friday that the case was dismissed.
