According to a major legal advocacy group, Atlantic Cape Community College violated the constitution by refusing to use student activity fees to support the Christian Club.The school’s policy of denying student activity funds to political and religious student organizations violates the First Amendment, according to a letter addressed to the institution on Monday by the Alliance Defending Freedom.The school has received the letter and is looking over it, according to an Atlantic Cape representative.According to its website, the ADF is a legal advocacy and training organization.
