In order to prevent possible litigation and establish a new payment schedule for the remaining project, Egg Harbor Township town officials authorized a settlement agreement with developer D.R. Horton about engineering inspection fees associated with its 657-unit Ocean Club residential subdivision.As part of its consent agenda, the Township Committee approved Resolution 88 on Wednesday, formally approving the settlement and giving the mayor and township clerk permission to sign it.
