A South Jersey man charged after a fight on the Atlantic City Boardwalk involving two off-duty police officers last summer now faces a three-count indictment, according to state court records. NJ.com reports grand jurors indicted Xontae Glass, 27, of Marmora, on Feb. 19, about six months after he allegedly fought with an Atlantic City police officer. Glass is accused of aggravated assault and weapons offenses, according to the indictment reviewed by NJ.com. A judge granted Glass’s release during a detention hearing in August after his arrest, records show.
