The Upper Township Committee didn’t have much to say about a new moment of silence at the beginning of meetings.According to the Press of Atlantic City Committee members began the practice Monday, after the Pledge of Allegiance that opens every municipal meeting.Last month, Mayor Curtis Corson had suggested opening each meeting with a prayer, possibly led by ministers in the community on a rotating basis.
