Shuttle Buses To Be Used Through March By AC Rail Line

Midday riders on the Atlantic City Rail Line will have to get used to taking shuttle buses for the next month, effective Tuesday. KYW reports instead of trains, NJ Transit said it’ll run shuttle buses on the line until March 13 for long-term track improvements. Between 7:30 am and 2:30 pm on weekdays, the buses will run in two legs: The regular Route 554 between Atlantic City and Lindenwold, and a special shuttle between Lindenwold and 30th Street Station. That would mean an hour-and-a-half trip by train would be twice as long by bus.
