A Mays Landing spa was offering more than massages, according to charges filed Wednesday. According to BreakingAC.com, two women were arrested as police searched Waterfall Therapy in the Festival Mall, following a lengthy investigation into allegations of prostitution at the business. Cuie Chen, 50, and Wen-Juin Zhou, 60, each were charged with third-degree counts of prostitution and conspiracy to commit prostitution. They were released on summonses. No details of the investigation were released.
