ACCC President To Retire At End Of School Year

Atlantic Cape Community College’s president will retire at the end of the school year. BreakingAC.com reports Dr. Barbara Gaba’s contract concludes June 30, 2026, making 40 years in education.
Her nearly nine years currently at the helm has transformed the college in lasting ways, according to a news release.The college secured millions of dollars in grant funding to support student success initiatives and infrastructure improvements, expanded academic programs, and deepened community partnerships across Atlantic and Cape May counties, during her tenure. She made history as both the first woman and first African American to serve as the college’s president.
