An Egg Harbor Township woman died after she was struck by a car Sunday night on the Black Horse Pike. According to BreakingAC.com, 49 year old Nazma Khatun was in the roadway near Toulon Avenue in the township’s West Atlantic City section, when she was struck just after 6 p.m. Sergio Madrid, 63, of Pleasantville, was driving west when his vehicle entered the turn lane, and struck Khatun. Madrid remained on scene and was cooperative, Burgan said. He was not injured. Khatun was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
