Months after City Council shot down the process of declaring the Boardwalk site of the former Wonderland amusement park an area in need of rehabilitation, the idea of reconsidering that decision is gaining ground.On Thursday, Council member Jody Levchuk called for a new vote to ask the Planning Board to review the site for possible designation. He plans to try to get a resolution on the Dec. 4 agenda.
