Law enforcement officers in Atlantic County issued more than 100 traffic summonses and arrested four people recently as part of an initiative aimed at eliminating fatal motor vehicle crashes, the Atlantic County Association of Chiefs of Police said Monday.Multiple cities conducted enforcement operations Jan. 16, stopping 137 drivers and issuing 106 traffic summonses, the association said in a news release.
