A Voorhees Township man has entered guilty pleas to allegations that his actions set off a three-vehicle accident on the Black Horse Pike in 2024. The crash killed the driver of one vehicle and seriously hurt several people in another. 32 year old Stephen M. Sirch appeared in Atlantic County Superior Court, admitting to one count of first-degree aggravated manslaughter and three counts of third-degree assault by auto, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Judge Donna Taylor is to sentence Sirch on March 30.
