Since the owner of the former Conoco gas station on Atlantic Brigantine Boulevard remains unresponsive about addressing issues stemming from the blighted property, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has gotten involved, Mayor Vince Sera said. According to the Press of Atlantic CIty a number of fines have been leveraged against the property owner.
