The colder temperatures over the past couple of weeks have made those with Stockton University’s Maple Project team very happy. Judy Vogel, the Stockton math professor who’s the director of the project says it kicked off its fourth season of tapping trees on the Galloway campus last week, according to a statement from the school. The program is funded by two federal Department of Agriculture grants totaling more than $900,000.
