Members of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia unveiled two new buses with New Jersey’s first lady present Tuesday they said will allow children to have better access to behavioral health services in Atlantic County.“Since 1997, we’ve been serving children with severe emotional and behavioral disturbances and challenges from Atlantic City, Atlantic County and surrounding areas in the state,” said Carl Wolfarth, CHOP’s senior manager of youth partial hospital services.
