Presbyterian Avenue was closed for a portion of the morning because of a heavy police presence near Mayor Marty Small Sr.’s home. According to the Press of Atlantic City, both sides of Presbyterian Avenue in Atlantic City were blocked, as authorities allegedly appeared to be at Mayor Marty Small Sr.’s house. The street has since been reopened, and officers have left. City declined to comment on the matter and referred all comments to Eddie Jacobs, Small’s attorney.
