Developer Bart Blatstein plans to build 1,000 residential housing units here and to add to the family-friendly entertainment options in the city. According to the Press of Atlantic City, Mayor Marty Small Sr. said Tuesday city officials have been quietly meeting with the Kushner Companies, owner of the old Garwood Mills site near Gardner’s Basin, to encourage development of that large waterfront site.
