Former Wildwood Mayor Pleads Not Guilty To Latest Charges

Not guilty the plea from former Wildwood Mayor Pete Byron to the latest charges filed against him by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. According to the Press of Atlantic Citym Byron and current Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr., along with Wildwood Commissioner Steve Mikulski, were all back in the Cape May County courthouse Friday on charges connected to their acceptance of benefits through the State Health Benefits Program, to which the state alleges they were not entitled. All three have denied any wrongdoing in the matter.
