A Galloway Township man who allegedly shot and killed a Pleasantville man earlier this month was sentenced to 10 years in prison on an unrelated weapons charge Tuesday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said. Kalief Lyons, 35, pleaded guilty March 5 to certain persons not to possess firearms in front of Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury. The Press of Atlantic City reports the charge stemmed from an incident that occurred in Galloway on Nov. 30, 2022.
