20 year old Wesley Briscoe of Atlantic City was sentenced on charges aggravated assault, and hindering his own apprehension to three years in state prison. On the evening of July 8, 2022, into July 9, 2022, a 20-year-old man was shot in the head on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. Through surveillance footage and witness statements,
investigators determined that Briscoe committed the shooting after riding his bicycle to the
boardwalk.
