The Atlantic City Police Department is conducting an investigation into a dog being left during the evening hours at the Atlantic County Humane Society located in the 1400 block of Absecon Boulevard. There are also allegations that the same individual left other dogs as well.
The investigation is being led by one of the department’s Humane Law Enforcement Officers, Matthew Schmidt.
