An Atlantic city man was arrested recently in a July 4 shooting that injured one person, police said.Charles Summers, 19, was charged with attempted murder, three counts of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He is being held in the Atlantic County jail. Police responded to a report of a large fight at night in the 1000 block of Sewell Avenue and found a 24-year-old New York man who had been shot, the department said Monday in a news release.
