A Camden County man 25 year old Brandon Rollans was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly fled a motor vehicle stop shortly after leaving the scene of an accident in which a pedestrian was injured, police said. Blackwood, was charged with eluding, hindering apprehension, resisting arrest by force, unlawful possession of a weapon, resisting arrest by flight and several traffic offenses. He is being held in the Cape May County jail.
