A Bridgeton man was arrested Saturday morning after he allegedly shot two other men at an apartment complex, police said. Cas Albert Miller, 31, was charged with criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault with a weapon and various weapons offenses. He is being held in the Cumberland County jail pending court.
