A Galloway Township man pleaded guilty Monday to distributing crack cocaine and possessing a handgun during an incident nearly two years ago, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said.Halim Fisher, 25, faces up to six years in prison and is subject to a post-conviction drug offender restraining order. His sentencing is scheduled for October, the Prosecutor’s Office said.
