Thirteen Wildwood Boardwalk businesses were issued notices of violation for allegedly selling flavored vape products banned in the state, Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin said. Spirit Gifts, Spirit USA, Genesis, Over the Boardwalk, Exotics, Gift World, High Society, Gifts 4 U, Waves, No Cap, Golden Gate, Smoke Factory and Dolphin were among 19 businesses throughout the state to be fined, Platkin said.
