Somers Point Man Sentenced on Drug Counts

35 year old Marlow Guerrie of Somers Point NJ was sentenced on multiple charges including
first-degree maintaining a production facility, second-degree possession with the intent to
distribute cocaine, second-degree possession of a firearm while committing a CDS offense, and
two counts of second-degree certain persons not to possess firearms. Guerrier was sentenced
to an aggregate term of 12 years in New Jersey State Prison with a parole ineligibility period of
six years. This also resulted in the forfeiture of all weapons, contraband, and currency seized in
the total amount of $90,590.00.
