A dog is being held in quarantine after a fatal attack on dogs as they were being walked one night last week. BreakingAC.com reports a man whose name has not been released was walking his four Pomeranians on North Richards Avenue around 7 p.m., when a dog broke free from where he was tied up, and attacked.
Two of the dogs did not survive. The other two were injured, along with minor injuries to the owner who was walking them, say police.
