Stockton University has formed a Community Advisory Board to help Stockton serve the city and region as a regional anchor institution. The Press of Atlantic City reports the board’s five primary goals are: ensuring university priorities contribute to the well being of the community; sharing information on local issues and opportunities; providing advice to support university decision making; creating relationships to enhance the educational experience and the local workforce; and empowering community through educational events and initiatives.
