In a recent unannounced visit by the New Jersey Department of Health, Atlantic County’s Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was found deficiency-free in a review of its COVID-19 infection control practices.
The infection control survey was conducted on July 14, 2023 and found the facility in compliance with 42 CFR 483.80 infection control regulations and implementation of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended practices to prepare for COVID-19.
The Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at 235 Dolphin Avenue in Northfield, is owned and operated by Atlantic County. It is a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative facility that includes a 30-bed Veterans Wing.
