Atlantic County Department of Family and Community Development Clerk Adriana D. Quirindongo, 43, from Egg Harbor City has been charged with Second-Degree Official Misconduct, Theft by Unlawfully Taking, and Unlawfully Receiving a Benefit. In November of 2024, an Atlantic County Department of Family and Community Development Investigator contacted the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office after discovering an EBT Benefit
card had been compromised by an Atlantic County Employee. During ACPO’s subsequent
investigation, Atlantic County Department of Family and Community Development Clerk
Quirindongo was found to have taken three (3) EBT Benefit cards from her workplace and
unlawfully completed seventeen (17) transactions, thus depriving the rightful card owners of
$2,490.06 in benefit funds
