An Atlantic County fencing company plans to lay off 120 workers.Barrette Outdoor Living has told state officials it plans to make the job cuts by July 1.The company makes aluminum fencing and is phasing out a line of work involving paint.In a legally required notice to the New Jersey Department of Labor, the company said the job cuts will affect assembly workers, paint sprayers, welders and other employees.
