A single-lane detour will be in effect today in the northbound lane of Mill Road between Route 9 and Zion Road for utility work, Atlantic County officials said. The detour is expected to last from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., county officials said Tuesday in a news release. Drivers should follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route. Police and traffic directors will be on site to assist, county officials said.
