The mailing of Sea Isle City’s 2025 Third Quarter Tax Bill has been delayed. The City received it’s certified tax rate on July 17th from the Cape May County Board of Taxation. To accommodate our taxpayers, Third Quarter Property Taxes are due August 1, 2025 – however, the Grace Period for payments has been extended to August 29th. Therefore, to avoid interest penalties, payments must be received by the Sea Isle City Tax Collector by 4:00 p.m. on Friday August 29th, 2025.
