A woman allegedly brandished an ax at police and punched an officer in the face after she found living in a tent on private property in Mays Landing. According to BreakingAC.com, 62 year old Shiryle Lynn Seyler was arrested Aug. 26, after Hamilton Township police found her camping on private property along Leipzig Avenue near the race track. Police say when an officer informed Seyler she was camping on private property, she picked an ax and brandished it. She’s also accused of striking the officer during her arrest.
