The battle over noise between residents of an Atlantic City condominium and a beach bar could be coming to an end. According to BreakingAC.com, the Goldfish Beach Club — formerly known as the Chelsea Beach Bar — is moving away from the Ocean Club, Mayor Marty Small announced Wednesday. The new site will be behind Kennedy Plaza across the Boardwalk from Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. The relocation is a joint decision between the city and the bar’s ownership, approved by the state Department of Community Affairs that oversees the city.
