Ocean City City Council tabled a move toward new parking regulations in the 2nd Ward on Friday, giving the Planning Board more time to review the matter.Keith Hartzell, the 2nd Ward council representative, joined his colleagues in the unanimous vote, even as he expressed impatience with the process.Hartzell has described the move as a means of addressing large homes he says are being built specifically for the short-term rental market, which brings far more cars to 2nd Ward neighborhoods than residences or second homes.
