A court hearing set for the man known as A.C. Batman will not happen. BreakingAC.com reports Curtis Bordley — better known to visitors and residents as the city’s own Caped Crusader — faces charges after he allegedly pepper-sprayed a man on the Boardwalk last month. Bordley, 34, claims he reacted after the man spit in his mouth during a confrontation. Authorities say the alleged victim lost sight for a time in one of his eyes.
