Recently, a Ventnor man was charged with criminal mischief after spray painting without permission in Atlantic City and Ventnor, according to police.In August, police in both towns were alerted of the vandalism, which included graffitiing completed art projects, electrical boxes and businesses. The vandalism lasted until November, police said.
