The city on Tuesday unveiled signs renaming an Arctic Avenue block in the heart of Midtown after business owners and philanthropists Rita and Anthony Mack.City Council unanimously adopted an ordinance Sept. 17 to rename a one-block stretch near Tanger Outlets The Walk “Rita and Anthony Mack Avenue.”
