Irvin Moreno-Rodriguez has been named the new director of the Sara and Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center at Stockton University, the school said.Moreno-Rodriguez, 30, of Pleasantville, is the first Latino to head one of the state’s 30 Holocaust centers. He was officially appointed in July.
