In Atlantic City the local NAACP Youth Council will receive $10,000 from New Jersey Community Capital as part of an annual program that supports nonprofits in traditionally underserved areas during Black History Month.The nonprofit community development financial institution is giving $50,000 total to nonprofits in five municipalities, including Newark, Paterson, Philadelphia and Syracuse, New York.
