In Vineland, a new, 58-unit townhouse development is planned for an 8-acre site on Oak Road between Main and Brewster roads.with the units measuring around 1400-1500 square feet with three bedrooms.Construction is expected to be completed by 2025-26, said Hans Lampart, principal for Eastern Pacific Development, the developer of the project.
