Area Nursing Home Owners Suspended From Medicaid

Three nursing home owners with locations in Hammonton and Deptford will be suspended from NJ Medicaid after having been found to have committed fraud. The Press of Atlantic City reports , citing poor conditions in the facilities and evidence of massive Medicaid fraud in New York, the OSC’s Medicaid Fraud Division sent letters Thursday to Kenneth and Beth Rozenberg and Daryl Hagler and their entities, letting them know they would be suspended from NJ Medicaid effective May 24.
The three own the Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare at 43 N. White Horse Pike and the Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Gloucester County.
