Ocean City Council unanimously approved an ordinance raising the cost for permits and imposing new limits on where buskers can play. According to the Press of Atlantic City, performers will now need a $200 permit and will be kept from the busiest areas of the Boardwalk, limited instead to two performance areas which each include several blocks.
